Saludos George,
Que tienes configurado en la troncal asociada a la outbound route? Porque
no veo que tengas los channels asociados a ningún grupo. Y que tarjeta
estas utilizando? ella puede ser la culpable de ese ruido que estas
presentando. Te recomendaría revisar la conexión del cableado desde la
tarjeta al DTU de CANTV.
