If you are talking about overlap dialing, that is not supported.

The time between MF tones is driven by how fast the tone detectors
work, as soon as a tone is acknowledged a new one is transmitted.

For DTMF for call setup (not DTMF for an active call), defaults are
50ms on and 100ms off. It is not configurable AFAIR.
