Some telcos do that, they do not release the circuit immediately. You may
want to try mfcr2_forced_release=yes

That will sent a different hangup signal that requests the circuit to be
release immediately.

Can't remember if that option is available in 1.4.32, do dahdi show channels
and check if the MFC/R2 Forced Release option is displayed.
