Estimado Moy, te cuento que actualize mi version de elastix a la 2.0 de la 1.6 algunos fallos de codigo php pero eso ya es facil solucionar, medio que se resolvio el problema que te comente ahora en la nueva version me da

  Also somone else said is a potential problem with xorcom?
  
  Seize timeout means the other end did not reply to our seize. Either
  because they did not see the seize (driver or line problem) or because
  the equipment at the other end is improperly configured or disabled
  for inbound (outbound from our perspective) dialing.
