[asterisk-r2] hi

Am really sorry for what am about to ask but i think i've to. So basically
am very new with R2, i need to get my asterisk server up for the next 2
hours. my problem is i've installed Trixbox 2.6 and, donwload
openr2-1.3.0.tar.gz, download openr2-asterisk-1.4.32-p1.patch and now
stucked on how to integrate them. what is the best way for my solution, how
should i run the patch ?

from where should start? i went through the pdf document on
http://code.google.com/p/openr2/downloads/list but no clue for the
installation.
