[asterisk-r2] Connecting Asterisk and Avaya Definity

When i monitor an active channel only i have audio in RX but nothing in TX

Something like this

<----------------(TX)---------------->
 ####*
  Rx:   844 (  844) Tx:     0 (    0)


already remove the echo cancelation (oslec)
