[asterisk-r2] Problemas con un R2 y Avaya

Falta que la copania te desbloque los canales del otro lado. Lo mismo
me paso a mi varias veces con telecom Argentina. Fijate primero de
llamar allá y que te asguren que los canales de ellos no están en
modo mantenimiento
