How about skip_category?

And when to use ani first? If you dont get ANI or DNIS and you are sure you
have callierid enabled? Switch them on/off?

Well, the parameter is pretty self-explanatory, it will allow collect calls.
Telcos or PBX may send a special category saying that the call is a collect
call, you can accept it or reject it right away.
