[asterisk-r2] MFC R2 Variant Venezuela using openR2

Hola, tengo problemas con MFC R2, estoy tratando de configurar una E1 que me
esta suministrando DIGITEL, ellos me dicen que su señalizacion es MFC R2
tanto en entrante como saliente, tengo una tarjeta digium TE120, cuando
conecto la E1 a la tarjeta ella se pone en verde, verifico con dahdi_tool y
esta bien, el problema es segun los tecnicos de digitel no hace la
sincronizacion con su equipo, ellos dicen que no reciben señal , pero el
dahdi_tool refleza que si los envia y recibe.
esta es mi configuracion:
