[asterisk-r2] Unable to create channel of type 'Zap'

Versiones que instalamos:

Asterisk es la 1.4.22
Zaptel es la 1.4.12.1
Version openr2-1.0.0-rc

Con estas versiones tengo mis 8 GWs con 2 E1 cada uno en MFCR2 
funcionando sin ningun problema.
