Hi Mariano,

The binary package can't include the OpenR2 support after it has been built.
The build system looks for OpenR2 and if it finds, it will enable support
and will depend on OpenR2, but it's upon to the package maintainer to add or
not support for OpenR2 as it's not officially in Debian or Ubuntu yet.
