[asterisk-r2] Question about MFCR2 signaling

In the future please write directly to asterisk-r2 mailing list. I have
forwarded your e-mail to the list this time to reply.

I am not aware of such list in a web page. But you can take a look at
src/openr2/r2proto.h and look at openr2_call_disconnect_cause_t enum.
However how each of those types of causes maps to a MF value, depends on the
variant and is only available through code examination in src/r2proto.c
