[asterisk-r2] Telecom R2 Alarm

The problem it's with Siemens EWSD. In Telecom Argentina, north of 
Buenos Aires, they have this equipment.
I talk these days with Dario from implementations, and he say that the 
Alarm is present all the time, in all Asterisk.
the alarm, is "Remote Multiframe Alarm". And he dont have any more data. 
So, it's very dificult have a solution for this conflict. If you have 
test with Digium, and I have a test with Openvox, I have hopes with 
Sangoma! The last resource in Argentina.
