[asterisk-r2] Telecom R2 Alarm

all I say is that the problem is not at user space, nor asterisk nor openr2,
since user space applications do not have control at that level (bit level
in channel 16), so the problem is either in dahdi drivers or hardware
(openvox may have based their designs on digium's old boards??).
Anyone can confirm this problem happens with Sangoma boards as well? if that
were the case then the problem is definitely in the drivers.
