[asterisk-r2] Restarst with no log entries

The bt is useful to know it has to do with h323 ( but there is still a
chance the problem is elsewhere if other mods corrupt memory in h323). A
more useful analysis requires compilation of h323 and asterisk with
debugging symbols and 0 optimizations (CFLAGS = -ggdb3 -O0).
If you are going to upgrade I'd suggest go all the way up to 1.6.2rc2 (or
whatever the latest rc is) once for all, openr2 is already included there.
