[asterisk-r2] Problem to install OpenR2

This is incorrect, you don't need automake to install openr2.

The error you have is caused by wrong timestamps in the the build
files, however that was an old problem, where did you download openr2
from? be sure to download the latest openr2 from google code, don't
use links found on other web pages.
