[asterisk-r2] Problems with Alestra...

[OrvUx]

	Hi everybody, i have installed an Asterisk 1.4 version with a Sangoma
A102 and A400 (4 fxo modules)cards using Zaptel no Dadhi, the E1
provider is Alestra, all seems to be good except when i try to make
calls i receive a congestion event, the called number rings one time
only and in the caller hears the hangup sound.

	the versions are:

	asterisk-1.4.21.2
	zaptel-1.4.12.1
	openr2-1.0.0 (tested too with the 1.1.0 version with the same result)
	wanpipe-3.2.7.1
	Debian Etch with 2.6.18-6-686-bigmem kernel (tested too with Lenny
having the same result)


	anybody have configured an E1 with this provider?
