[asterisk-r2] Asterisk ended with exit status 139

i have hardware phones and softphones and when i try to make a call form 
softphones
the asterisk restart, i check the codec list and y remove all and only 
list the g711u,g711a and gsm
and try make a call and work and asterisk don't restart but the warning 
show yet
