[asterisk-r2] Sending DTMF 'f' ?

As I said before, the Sangoma or Digium drivers cannot magically pass
the DTMF to the Asterisk core, it has to first be requested and read
by the chan_dahdi.c Asterisk driver, if you want to really find the
culprit you need to provide the log I asked for.
