[asterisk-r2] More Strange Problems

That sounds like a telco problem indeed. 0x04 means "ANSWER", but you
don't have any active calls, the channel is IDLE. Either the telco or
the line is noisy, but I have not much experience on that so can't
really tell why a line would have those noise problems.
