[asterisk-r2] Protocol error

Perhaps it's a problem related to the "Watson" modem.

A year ago, I had "almost" the same problem. The Watson was powered
remotely from "Central"  and wrong configured.
After a conference call with their support and a guy from "Central
Monterrey" they determined to change the modem for a new one that
needed to be powered at my site and it was also re-configured.

I don't have any problems since then.
