[asterisk-r2] STABLE VERSION ASTERISK 1.4.2X FOR MFC R2

When we try start asterisk with the openr2 chan_dahdi setup, asterisk
not start. Now, i start asterisk chan_dahdi without  openr2 setup, and
then we enable openre chan_dahdi and try reload dahdi for trace error
and warnings.

Well my freinds, we will trying ..... to startup openr2......!!!
