It looks like you don't get OpenR2 support right in Asterisk. Try to issue
the following command and check if libopenr2.so is linked, if not, you did
something wrong.
ldd /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/chan_dahdi.so

PS: Can you use pastebin in next time to put long logs or conf? It make the
list reading more smart.
