[asterisk-r2] Problems with r2 in Mexico

Im getting a lot of E1 errors like this:

[Jun 15 13:03:30] ERROR[24788]: Chan 1 - Protocol error. Reason = Invalid
Multy Frequency State, R2 State = Seize ACK Transmitted, MF state =
Disconnect Tone Transmitted, MF Group = Backward Group B, CAS = 0x00
[Jun 15 13:03:30] ERROR[24788]: MFC/R2 protocol error on chan 1: Invalid
Multy Frequency State
[Jun 15 13:04:11] ERROR[21332]: Chan 1 - Trying to dial out in a non-idle
channel

[Jun 15 13:01:23] ERROR[21074]: Chan 1 - Broken MF sequence got 3 but never
got tone off for tone 5!
[Jun 15 13:01:23] ERROR[21074]: Chan 1 - Protocol error. Reason = Broken MF
Sequence, R2 State = Seize ACK Received, MF state = DNIS Digit Transmitted,
MF Group = Forward Group I, CAS = 0x0C
[Jun 15 13:01:23] ERROR[21074]: MFC/R2 protocol error on chan 1: Broken MF
Sequence
[Jun 15 13:01:28] ERROR[21148]: Chan 1 - Trying to dial out in a non-idle
channel


This is an a Sangoma a101 card with no echo cancel.


Have you seen this type of errors?
What can we do to help debug this issue?
