You are using an old and unsupported openr2 package. Use google code
latest .tar.gz, also, the mfcr2-1.4 branch only works with release-1
openr2 branch, not with .tar.gz, if you are using a standard .tar.gz
of openr2 you should use the latest asterisk 1.4 patch also available
at google code. Read the openr2 guide for more details.
