[asterisk-r2] Issue with Asterisk and Openr2

I think you should try change:
    span=1,0,0,cas,hdb3
to:
    span=1,1,0,cas,hdb3

in your system.conf. That means the far end will provide the clock to
sync, in this case, the telco as it should be.
