[asterisk-r2] Problemas openr2 Asterisk 1.6.2-beta3

Buen día ,

Tengo una instalación nueva de asterisk seguí el manual de Moises para instalar Dahdi, dahdi_tools, y openr2 no se recibió ningun error, hice el r2test y funciono correctamente, instale asterisk pero no tengo chan_dahdi al hacer un  

>module load chan_dahdi.so
Unable to load module chan_dahdi.so
Command 'module load chan_dahdi.so ' failed.
[Jul  7 12:41:57] WARNING[3572]: loader.c:428 load_dynamic_module: Error loading module 'chan_dahdi.so': /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/chan_dahdi.so: undefined symbol: openr2_chan_disable_read

eso es lo que obtengo. El ldd channels/chan_dahdi.so | grep openr2 no muestra nada, alguna sugerencia??
