[asterisk-r2] asterisk-r2 Digest, Vol 5, Issue 19

Of course it does not make any difference, mfcr2_get_ani_first just
affects incoming calls, not outgoing calls.

All I can see from the outgoing call log is that Asterisk is
requesting to hangup the call just after starting it, without seeing
any logs from the originating leg there is no more that we can say
about it.
