[asterisk-r2] openr2 support with HFC-E1 card

OpenR2 currently just works with zaptel or dahdi drivers. Any card
that works with those drivers will work with openr2, therefore, Digium
and Sangoma boards are not the only ones, I think there is openvox
boards and others that use zaptel/dahdi drivers.
