[asterisk-r2] Philippine PLDT MF-R2 experience

hi,

I successfully configured a Bayantel E1R2 directly connected to Digium TE220, I don't see any difference for PLDT E1R2.  Using Debian 4 and Asterisk 1.4.22.1 (mfcr2) version.

I know of at least 1 one guy that used openr2 in Philippines, however
don't know who his provider was. No issues that I know of.
