[asterisk-r2] Asterisk 1.6.2 is out - oficial MFC/R2 release

Hehehe I know.... But if it works, why fix it? Problem is.... It stopped
working on me :) so time to upgrade.... I always hated those sys admins that
upgrade just because there is a newer version. For me, there should be a
good reason to upgrade, maybe new features (a lot of them not just one) or
bugfix. 

Anyways.... Its time to upgrade :)
