[asterisk-r2] Asterisk 1.6.2 is out - oficial MFC/R2 release

As Moy said, yes, I use
OpenR2 1.2.0 + Asterisk (1.2.x/1.4.x) + Dahdi 2.2.0.2 (or Zaptel for
Asterisk 1.2.x) + FoneBridge.
OpenR2 is needful to implement MFCR2 for Asterisk. Install sequence:
Dahdi => OpenR2 => Asterisk Patched for mfcr2.
