[asterisk-r2] Invalid CAS

Yes, me too but in this case (alestra) since the link is a microwave one..
Seems alestra has some sort of monitoring system (at the r2 proto) to sense
if the e1 is up or down... Each time I see the invalid cas message I see
this

[Dec 14 08:05:00] DEBUG[3680]: Chan 28 - CAS Rx << [BLOCK] 0x0C
[Dec 14 08:05:00] DEBUG[3680]: Chan 28 - CAS Rx << [IDLE] 0x08

This means that the same alestra is the one sendning the block and idle
messages right? Asterisk is doing nothing on this isde to provoke this as
far as I know or we would see some sort of TX message... Right?

Means there is unexpected/invalid CAS signaling on the line, not sure why
though, have seen that when the balun is broken or poor quality.
