[asterisk-r2] No outgoing or incoming calls using Elastix 1.5.2. Perhaps a timing issue

Just to mention that, because of the customer requirements and pressure, I
made kind of "roll-back" using Elastix 1.3 and UNICALL and now everything
goes very well. Hope one day I can migrate to libopenr2.
