[asterisk-r2] Maybe timers

Yesterday while a system was showing these errors, I was able to get a hold
of a telmex technician that seems to know a bit about R2.

Why dont we do this... I can call you at CA and them call this guy and hook
you up on a conf call....that way you can ask him about these bits and stuff
that I dont understand that well and he might be able to shed some light on
the subject.... How does that sound?

No news means I am busy as hell with Cluecon 2009.

I just checked telmex spec and I dont see tone 0 nor tone E. You should call
Telmex and see what do they have to say, if you can replicate the failure
easily you can setup a debug session with them and make the error happen so
they can tell you what the last MF signal they send you means. 

It would be great if you can do that.
