[asterisk-r2] No outgoing or incoming calls using Elastix 1.5.2. Perhaps a timing issue

	Some 3Com NBX systems do not directly support R2 so they use an R2 to
ISDN converter on the line.  Are you sure the converter was disconnected
from the E1?  I remember many 3Com providers complain about the delay
the converter introduces when making and receiving calls.
