Hi Moy,

I can't understand Better your ask. I have the following:

PSTN -> AsteriskR2 -> AsteriskChanels -> User(my extension of teste with
ipphone or xlite)

Analyzing the log, I think which the problem is between PSTN and
AsteriskR2. I made this test:

 - I called from my cell phone for AsteriskR2 in exten 7000 ( cell ->
pstn -> astr2 ) and I saw the call arriving in the AsteriskR2:

      AsteriskpstnR2

[Apr 16 11:52:04] NOTICE[2772]: chan_dahdi.c:1023 dahdi_r2_on_call_init:
New MFC/R2 call detected on chan 29.

[Apr 16 11:52:06] NOTICE[2772]: chan_dahdi.c:1090
dahdi_r2_on_call_offered: MFC/R2 call offered on chan 29. ANI =

[Apr 16 11:52:06] NOTICE[2772]: chan_dahdi.c:1153
dahdi_r2_on_call_accepted: MFC/R2 call has been accepted on chan 29

 - I send this call for another Asterisk:

      AsteriskpstnR2

   Executing [7000 at e1:1] Set("Zap/29-1", "CALLERID(num)=1199996666") in
new stack

     Executing [7000 at e1:2] Dial("Zap/29-1",
"IAX2/astpstnr2:testphone at 192.168.0.1/7000") in new stack

     Called astpstnr2:testphone at 192.168.0.1/7000

     Call accepted by 192.168.0.1 (format ulaw)

     Format for call is ulaw

     IAX2/192.168.0.1:4569-14305 answered Zap/29-1

- The another Asteriskchannel accept and send for my extension. I
talk normally on my cell phone and ear on ipphone. The call hang up in
ipphone (or xlite, or analogic phone in astribank) because
Asteriskchannels receive the hang up for AsteriskpstnR2:

 AsteriskpstnR2

[Apr 16 11:52:38] NOTICE[2939]: chan_dahdi.c:1288 dahdi_r2_write_log:

           -- Hungup 'IAX2/192.168.0.1:4569-14305'

  == Spawn extension (e1, 7000, 2) exited non-zero on 'Zap/29-1'

[Apr 16 11:52:38] NOTICE[2939]: chan_dahdi.c:1142 dahdi_r2_on_call_end:
MFC/R2 call end on chan 29

    -- Hungup 'Zap/29-1'

      In Asteriskchannels log, only have hang up IAX.

Cell -> PSTN -> AsteriskR2 -> Asteriskchannel

Cell -> PSTN (through R2) -> AsteriskR2 (through IAX) -> Asteriskchannel
(through sip or zap) -> User

I think which the hang up happen :

Cell -> PSTN - X -> AsteriskR2 -> Asteriskchannel

I saw which if adjust mfcr2_metering_pulse_timeout=500 resolv this
issue, but I input and the problem continue.

If you need more information off AsteriskR2 or AsteriskChannels, I send
for you.

I hope which my communication in English be helped... Please, help me,
lolo =]

Who is on the other side of the call?

We're receiving hangup (CLEAR FORWARD) from the other side of the R2

connection. I have seen metering pulses from the backward side, but

not from the forward side, I may need to add metering pulse for both

sides.

Are you sure the calling party is not hanging up?

Moy
