[asterisk-r2] CAS R2 - Mux Siemens

I don't understand yet what you want. If you are using a Kohmp board I
assume you are not using openr2, since AFAIK Kohmp use they own driver
instead of using chan_zap/chan_dahdi.

The only other digital R2 that I know of is DTMF/R2, which is in use
mostly in Venezuela for outgoing calls.
