It seems you already compiled then, just type "make install"

Then download the branch of your choice:

http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/moy/mfcr2 <--- this is for
Asterisk trunk (1.6), dont use unless you have DAHDI

http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/moy/mfcr2-1.4

http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/moy/mfcr2-1.2

Depending on the Asterisk version you want.

Run the configure script (if applicable) and make && make install and
you are ready to go.

You may want to read this:
http://www.zhyfly.org/projects/SoftwareInstall.html to get a better
idea of the installation process in Linux, you seem to be confused
because of it.
