[asterisk-r2] Error on port 2.

As Alexandre says, the correct ABCD bits in zaptel.conf is 1101, which
means blocked. OpenR2 will take care of unblocking the line when
Asterisk is really ready to receive calls.

In any case you should upgrade, you will have to upgrade anyway since
DAHDI is the only supported driver for 1.6. And libss7 is also just
supported in 1.6 not the old trunk version you are using AFAIK.
