[asterisk-r2] Problems to make some long distance calls with MFCR2

Hi,
 
I am using mfcr2 to make R2 calls to CTBC E1 link in Brazil. I have Asterisk 1.6 (Asterisk SVN-moy-mfcr2-r145019), TE120P running on CentoOS 5.2.
 
I make many good calls, but for some numbers i receive CHANUNAVAIL. Allways to long distance numbers.
 
Below is part of a debug call (after sending all DNIS numbers):
