[asterisk-r2] Incoming calls

Even when is working now. Your installation may fail again eventually,
since it's obvious you are duplicating the library and the
installation path is wrong in your repository. I recommend removing
files /usr/local/lib/libopenr2* and /usr/lib/libopenr2* and
reconfiguring your openr2 with ./configure --prefix=/usr

The installation then will be done in /usr/lib/libopenr2 and any
further updates applied there properly.
