[asterisk-r2] OpenR2 release candidate and SVN changes

Hello List,

OpenR2 release candidate for version 1.0.0 is almost ready.

In the meantime, the SVN at libopenr2.org has gone for developers only
(as of now, just Alexandre Carvacante and me have access either to
read or write). Users must use the SVN at google code web page:
http://code.google.com/p/openr2/

Instructions to download can be found at:
http://code.google.com/p/openr2/source/checkout

But is pretty much the same:

svn checkout http://openr2.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ openr2-read-only

I will notify when the release candidate .tar.gz is out there.
