[asterisk-r2] cannot make outgoing call

Hi Everyone,

Last week I have reported that I have successfully configured OpenR2
in Philippines with Trixbox but before I could backup my settings some
curious tech tried to run genzaptelconf and messed up everything
again. Anyway, incoming call is ok now, but outgoing calls are making
my head spin again. It's giving me "SEIZE TIMEOUT". Any ideas? Here's
