I agree, you do not realy need OpenSER. You can use 1
* box for all registration required and from there
route calls to the other *'s.

or

Use Heartbeat with Asterisk, witch provides clustering
(not loadbalancing), and 1 IP for all *'s (actualy
only 1 * asteirsk is started with the cluster IP, and
depanding of the triggers, the other "take" the tasks,
when the main server si down - unleast on
active-pasive cluster type).
