Being unable to open a pseudo device, i'm pretty positive, is not something controlled by the GUI. You might have better luck posting in asterisk-users, forums or filing a bug report on bugs.digium.com.<br><br>I'd help if I can, but this just doesn't seem GUI related and thats the purpose of this list. You'll get better advice posting to the suggested areas.
