[asterisk-gui] Current Issues

I have submitted or encouraged the issues listed.  I would love some
feed back and even a submission on the simple issues.  Two are simple
typo or misspelling errors.  I am working to encourage Christian
"Wawi" Jacobsen to share his work on Asterisk and the GUI is our
primary interest at the moment.
