[asterisk-gui] 501 not implemented

Looks fine
1. run "make checkconfig" in the Asterisk GUI source directory
2. remove / comment "prefix=asterisk" in http.conf
3. test with http://(serveraddress):8088/static/config/index.html
(Please list your private ip address for trouble shooting)
