asterisk-gui may not be fully compatible with any version higher than
1.6.0.x.
The issues I was having as I previously indicated appear to have crept
in in version 1.6.0.21 and appear to be resolved in 1.6.0.26 which I am
now running.

I can't still add any user, because after closing GUI and reopening all entries disapeard. But I think, maybye I am so newbie and I don't understand how it works. After adding any new users in GUI (users bookmarks) I can see in /etc/asterisk directory that the files extensions.conf, guipreferences.conf, http.conf have new creation date(or recreation) but, if I try to grep the files with the new users extension(e.g. 6009) only extensions.conf has any new entry -> extensions.conf:CID_6009 = 6009. Why it wasn't store in sip.conf or iax.conf?
