Hi Noah,

I figured it out.  The module wasn't loading.  After I found out that
HPEC was an add-on I went back to the default and it is a lot better now
that the module loads.  It could still use some tweaking but at least
it's usable now.

This computer is a retired server that a client outgrew.  It's a dual
933 P III with 2 GB ram and mirrored 320 SATA drives.  There haven't
been any call quality issues.
